Tuesday Trivia Answer: September 11, 2012

The answer to this week’s trivia (“How many major buildings are located on the University of Iowa campus? “) is 153.

According to UI Facilities Management, this is the current number of major buildings on the 1,970-acre main campus, including all research and field study sites at the UI Research Park and Lake Macbride. Scattered across the main campus, Oakdale, and the Iowa City/Coralville area, the UI boasts 313 total buildings—279 owned and 34 leased.
