Follow Your Nose to Northern Italy

This spring, the Iowa Voyagers will settle into a beautiful historic villa outside Verona for an immersion experience featuring food, wine, and culture. The Villa Selva Capuzza is a family-owned estate surrounded by working vineyards, olive groves, and truffle grounds. During your stay, you will receive cooking tips from master instructors, sample local wines, and learn about the process of making authentic Italian cuisine, such as tortellini, olive oil, and cheese.

From Verona, you may opt to lengthen your stay with an optional four-day extension in Venice. Tempt your taste buds May 5-13, 2012, as the Iowa Voyagers experience the Flavors of Northern Italy tour.
