Roast Guinea Pig on the Menu?

Traveling can often present some opportunities to sample cuisines of other cultures.  If you’re adventurous, you can try various local delicacies.  Iowa Voyagers on a recent cultural immersion trip to Cuenca, Ecuador tasted roast guinea pig, eaten there much as we eat chicken wings.  Daring eater or not, you can enjoy the Iowa Voyagers Cuenca cultural immersion program or any of our fifty other travel opportunities in 2012.
