To RAGBRAI or Not to RAGBRAI?

This weekend, the route for RAGBRAI (The Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa) XXXIX was announced. RAGBRAI is a seven-day bicycle ride that will take place the week of July 24-30.
